Brief & site understanding
We begin with your location, plot details, intended use, budget and timeline. Available drawings and site information help frame the construction requirement.
Drawings & specifications
Agree the drawings, materials, finish specifications and the responsibilities of the client, contractor and appointed consultants. Design, permissions and specialist services are confirmed in the scope.
Structure & building services
Construction work is planned around the agreed structural and service requirements. Electrical, plumbing and other service packages are included only as specified for the project.
Finishes & coordination
Discuss flooring, wall finishes, fixtures and other fit-out requirements early. Selections, interfaces and changes should be recorded so that cost and timeline implications are clear.
Progress & changes
Agree milestones, review points and payment terms before mobilisation. Variations to the brief need a clear description and agreement on the effect on price and programme.
Completion & handover
Review the completed work against the scope, record outstanding items and agree completion steps. Handover documents and any post-completion responsibilities are defined in the engagement.
